At Lock & Key Fitness, our mission is simple: to make fitness accessible, inclusive, and transformative for every body. We believe that strength isn’t just physical it’s mental, emotional, and rooted in showing up for yourself every day. Whether you're adaptive, non-adaptive, a busy parent, or a military hero, we’re here to help you unlock your full potential.

What do we do?

At Lock & Key Fitness, we offer adaptive and traditional personal training both in-person and online. From fitness and nutrition coaching to assisted stretch sessions and lifestyle support, our goal is to meet you where you are and help you build strength, confidence, and consistency—one step at a time. All services are designed to fit your life, not the other way around.

Coach Adrianna – Founder & Head Trainer

Certified fitness professional with a background in strength training, boxing, yoga, and adaptive movement. Adrianna combines mind-body training with deep compassion and structure to help clients build lasting change.
